She combines that with private-sector experience in healthcare and investment. At the fund she is responsible for marketing, communications and the running of the office.
Biography
Nikol Lukačínová heads the fund's office and is responsible for its marketing and communications. She prepares and coordinates investor and presentation materials for the fund and its sub-funds and oversees the group's consistent visual identity.
Before that she spent fifteen years in the offices of senior officials in Slovak public administration. From 2016 to 2021 she was State Counsellor and assistant to the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, running his office and coordinating the financial market, tax and customs, European funds and international relations sections.
Her remit included the task plan towards the National Council of the Slovak Republic and the Government Office, records management, protocol and the preparation of foreign trips. From 2012 to 2016 she worked as assistant to the Vice-President of the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic.
She pairs public-sector experience with private practice: from 2022 to 2024 she coordinated the occupational health service unit at AGEL Clinic in Bratislava, and earlier worked as a manager at Heineken Slovensko.
