Founder of the Falanga Invest fund and a member of its supervisory board. Alongside the fund he is Executive Director of Neuromesh j.s.a. and Vice President for EMEA at CyberSwarm Inc. in the United States — two technology companies from the fund's portfolio, which he runs from the inside rather than watching as an investor. Since January 2025 he has led Falanga Invest Perton s.r.o. as executive director, working out of Prague and Bratislava. Since April 2025 he has served as a senator of the EWS — Europäischer Wirtschaftssenat.
Biography
Ján Imrišek is the founder of Falanga Invest SICAV a.s. and a member of its supervisory board. He built the fund from the ground up — from the investment thesis and the sub-fund structure to the circle of partners and advisors behind its investment decisions today.
He now develops the fund together with co-founder Marcin Sołtysiak, who brought in its Polish industrial and energy pillar.
Alongside the fund he is Executive Director of Neuromesh j.s.a. and Vice President for EMEA at CyberSwarm Inc. in the United States. Both companies are part of the fund's portfolio, so he does not follow them as an investor — he runs them from the inside.
Since January 2025 he has been executive director of Falanga Invest Perton s.r.o., working out of Prague and Bratislava. Since April 2025 he has been a senator of the EWS — Europäischer Wirtschaftssenat, where he meets the owners and managers of Central European industrial companies.
